Our journey began later in life, yet the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. Kim and I met in Las Vegas, where our love story began. A year down the line, Kim’s job led us to Rhode Island, and when you’re in love, you go wherever it takes you, even without a job lined up. It was then that the idea of embarking on a completely new venture took root! Pasta Pete Food Trucks made their debut on the culinary scene in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, captivating the taste buds of many. With family ties in Idaho, upon Kim’s retirement, we made the move to Nampa. Brace yourselves, Idaho, for a culinary experience like no other, delivered straight to your doorstep week after week. Idaho isn’t just a place to us; it’s family, and we’re committed to taking care of each and every one of you!
